This ILA is delighted to be working with CIPD to bring this 2-day ‘Developing Personal Effectiveness’ course to The Hague. As both work activities and organizational structures change rapidly, the need for each of us to work at the peak of our effectiveness has increased. This two-day Developing Personal Effectiveness course will help you understand your own personal working styles and how it impacts on others. Look at ways to improve your professional and personal potential by making positive changes and developing and managing yourself better.

Who can apply? For anyone who wants to improve their overall effectiveness at work by enhancing relationships, increasing confidence and managing stress. The Developing Personal Effectiveness course will be particularly helpful to those taking on new roles and responsibilities or those who what to make changes in their working lives.

Facilitator Bio Sue is a highly skilled learning and development consultant with over 28 years’ experience of people and organisational development. She has established training functions and led training teams in a wide range of businesses and currently runs her own private training consultancy. She has worked with clients from public and private sectors and has experience of diverse cultural, educational, personal backgrounds and abilities.
