Did you know that new research indicate significant differences between how one should eat based on their hormonal levels? Historically, most nutrition research has been done on men, and we're only now starting to understand the challenges that face female athletes. You'll learn about: * specific nutritional considerations for females (the role of estrogen/progesterone) * the female athlete triad * how to eat to support different types of training/recovery
