About Tanzania Industrial Technologies Expo
Tanzania is now shooting to become an industrialized Nation by 2020. Industrialization is the key focus now than any other time. To achieve 2nd to 4th Industrialization Phase of industrial revolution Tanzania needs a wide technology and skills transfer. TITE 2019 is the only connection between suppliers of technologies around the world and Tanzania market and also the only leading machinery and technology event for manufacturing and supporting industries. Part makers and assemblers are in constant need of solutions to achieve their targets with efficiency. The most dynamic sub-sectors in terms of output growth, export growth, production innovation, and product diversity are food products, plastic and rubber, chemicals, basic metal work, and non-metallic mineral products. Most of African countries have somewhat overseen these changes in industrial technology and hence this expo will be efficient in making out solutions and innovation in the industrial technology. TITE 2019 will serve as the gateway to these solutions and enhanced partnership networks through specially organized activities and seminars.
Tanzania Industrial Technologies Expo and Conference is the Three days event which will be held from the 22nd -24th feb 2019 at Diamond Jubilee Hall in Dar es Salaam Tanzania. The show will empower the transformation of traditional factories from cost centers into profit centers that progressive businesses will strategically invest in. A strong line-up of onsite activities will be held such as VIP business matching, application and technical discussions, and automation forum.

The manufacturing sector in Tanzania consists mainly of food processing (24%), textiles and clothing (10%), chemicals (8.5%), and others, including beverages, leather and leather products, paper and paper products, publishing and printing, and plastics. 6. Tanzania set Goal to become semi-industrialized country by 2025 In order for Tanzania to become a semi-industrialized country, the contribution of manufacturing to the national economy must reach a minimum of 40% of the GDP
